Welcome Back to SB, Emily....

Emily got in town late last night, and so I woke up in bed this morning at around 8 (on my day off) waiting for her call to let me know that she was awake. The call came later than expected, but as soon as I got it, I threw on a sweatshirt and headed over to Camille's place to give her a big hug.

The three of us sat around and caught up, played on our computers, and killed time until Brett called and said "I didn't know you were going to be gone all day". Time had just kind of flown by I guess. Well, we thought it was time to eat, so we made it a dual purpose trip to Lazy Acres so Camille would be able to do some shopping for work too.

Afterwards, we made a trip to visit and see Janey, Mark and Piper. I hadn't seen her since right after she was born....and she's gotten so big, and just cuter! We had fun playing with her and her flowers too! There weren't enough to go around, so we improvised with the fresh beautiful bright pink hydrangea on the table. :)

We then went back to my place and got Emily all moved in. She is going to be staying with me and keeping me company this week, so we unpacked her suitcase and got her all settled. That was hard work and it was ready to eat again.

I love Edomasa and it was the perfect dinner to welcome our Emily back to SB.
